Kilimanjaro and Safari Fixed Departure Dates

In the high season, Shizi Safaris has every second-week departures to the most popular game parks as well as Mount Kilimanjaro Climb— since there’s high demand.

In addition, most of our guides will leave for any of the most popular game parks at any time so long as you have a minimum number of people wanting to go — from two people and above. In the low season, there are fewer departures.
It obviously makes a lot of sense to book ahead or to get a group together rather than just turn up. Advance booking is essential for the Mount Kilimanjaro since they’re heavily subscribed. It’s also essential for any of the safari Tours in the northern circuit.
